Security Services
CIS Security provides On-Site Services to a large number of customers across a wide variety of industries, including residential, industrial, retail, construction and commercial. Many aspects of our business make us unique and contribute to our promise of superior services and reliable people.
Security Officers
We take your security very seriously and so do each of our officers. Becoming a CIS Security officer requires each candidate to undergo extensive proficiency tests and training. All CIS Security officers must complete the following:
- On-Site Training for each client conducted by CIS Site Supervisors
- CIS in-house training
- State mandated 40-hour training
- Pre-employment proficiency test
- Pre-employment drug test
All officers also receive continuous on-site training by our Operations Supervisors for the duration of their tenure at each site and have the complete support of our 24-Hour Central Station Dispatch Center. Our Operations Supervisors and Patrol Officers conduct visits to all job sites on a daily basis to make sure each customer is receiving the best service possible. Below are some of the unique aspects of our business that exemplify our commitment to each client.
24-Hour Central Station Dispatch Center
Located in Fresno, CA, our 24-Hour Central Station Dispatch Center is staffed entirely with our own employees. Every call is recorded for quality assurance, and all activity is logged for our archives and to demonstrate our commitment to accountability.
Operations Supervision
Our team of Patrol Officers, Field Lieutenants, and Field Captains are more than thirty strong, and provide oversight of the quality assurance efforts of our Field Operations. These officers work in tandem with our On-Site Supervisors to establish a constant Supervisory presence at every location during each shift.
Portfolio Management
CIS Security has a Team of individuals that manage operations at every facility. An Account Manager oversees all aspects of the contract and is directly responsible for building customer relationships with each client. All clients have access to a qualified Manager 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
Communication
Each officer is equipped with Nextel radios and/or cellular capabilities to maintain constant contact with our 24-Hour Central Station Dispatch Center.
Proxiguard
CIS Security utilizes “The future in Guard Tour” systems, Proxiguard. This system allows CIS Security and every one of our clients to monitor the activities of each officer. This RFID system is tamper-proof and weather-proof and further exemplifies our commitment to accountability.
Computerized Site Reports
We have a proprietary database where our Central Station dispatchers enter all activity reported by our Security Officers. This information is emailed to our customers on a daily basis, so they are aware of all important activity on a real time basis. This allows CIS Security to effectively manage all Operations and communicate them to our customers, without any delay that is common with traditional paper reporting.
