| After
our On-Site Security Officers pass a CIS Security pre-employment
proficiency test, pre-employment drug test, state mandated 40-Hours
training program, and complete a CIS Security specific 8 hour
in-office training day, they are trained on the specific duties
at their assigned site. Continuous training is conducted by
our Site Supervisors throughout their tenure at each site. In
addition to training officers, and responding to emergencies,
our Field Supervisor Team stops at each site to maintain the
level of service that you would expect from a Premium Security
Provider. CIS Security can customize a security program to meet
